Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates Acquires El Dorado Hills Operation from USI Holdings
MOUNTAIN VIEW CA. Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc., a regional independent insurance broker based in Mountain View, California, today announced the acquisition of the El Dorado Hills, California operation of USI Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: USIH). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
John Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Lawson Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc. said of the acquisition, "We are genuinely excited about the addition of the El Dorado Hills Healthcare Property/Casualty Group to the Lawson-Hawks family.
