Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates Acquires Truckee, California Insurance Brokerage From Willis HRH Insurance Services of California, Inc.
MOUNTAIN VIEW CA. Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc., a regional independent insurance broker based in Mountain View, California, today announced the acquisition of the Truckee, California operation of Willis HRH Insurance Services of California, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
John Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Lawson Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc. said of the acquisition, “We are genuinely excited about the addition of the historic Truckee Insurance Agency to the Lawson-Hawks family. While we have built a substantial client base both in Sacramento and east of the Capital city, we are absolutely delighted to have the physical presence in the Truckee, Greater Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada areas that this acquisition affords us. The assimilation of the very experienced and professional staff in the Truckee office as well as the addition of an eminent career insurance professional like Bill Hanson is, from our perspective, simply kismet.”
